How to Create a Budget in Condo Expert

You are new to Condo Expert and are struggling to create a budget?

Do not worry, you are not the alone!

Here are the steps for creating your budget:

  1. Check that you select the correct company;
  2. Click on the tab “Finances” and the sub-tab “Budgets”;
  3. Click on “Add”;
  4. At the top right, select the duration of the budget (annual, monthly, etc.) and its recurrence;
  5. Enter your income and your expenses. which is divided by type;
  6. If one of your income or expenses is not provided, you can add it;
  7. Click on “Finish”;
  8. Your report is now available. Click on “Print” in the top right corner;
  9. You can select the report you wish to have and what it should include and exclude;
  10. Click on “Print” or on “Send” depending on the action you wish to perform.
