New to Condo Expert and having trouble creating a budget?
Don’t worry, you’re not the first!
Here are the steps for creating your budget :
- Make sure you have selected the right company ;
- Go to the “Finances” tab and then the “Budgets” tab ;
- Click on “Add ;
- Select the term of the budget in the upper right-hand corner (annual, monthly, recurring, etc.) ;
- Enter the income and expenses in each of the appropriate boxes as per your needs ;
- If a required income or expense item is not provided, you can click on add item to add it ;
- Click on “Finish ;
- Your report is now generated. Click on the “Print” option in the upper right-hand corner of the tab ;
- You can select the option for the desired report and what you are including or excluding ;
- Press on “Print” or “Send” based on the action you want to take.
