How to create a budget in Condo Expert

New to Condo Expert and having trouble creating a budget?

Don’t worry, you’re not the first!

Here are the steps for creating your budget :

  1. Make sure you have selected the right company ;
  2. Go to the “Finances” tab and then the “Budgets” tab ;
  3. Click on “Add ;
  4. Select the term of the budget in the upper right-hand corner (annual, monthly, recurring, etc.) ;
  5. Enter the income and expenses in each of the appropriate boxes as per your needs ;
  6. If a required income or expense item is not provided, you can click on add item to add it ;
  7. Click on “Finish ;
  8. Your report is now generated. Click on the “Print” option in the upper right-hand corner of the tab ;
  9. You can select the option for the desired report and what you are including or excluding ;
  10. Press on “Print” or “Send” based on the action you want to take.
